Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment MUST  be made within 10 days of the original order. Orders not meeting this requirement will be cancelled, and will have to be re-submitted in order to be filled.

All prices are final, though bulk orders may receive special consideration.

Foreign orders will be billed in Canadian dollars. Money orders will be accepted in Canadian dollars only.

All items will be shipped via Canada Post regular parcel, or uninsured small packet overseas(up to 2 Kg.), unless otherwise requested.

Shipping charges will include the actual postage charges, insurance ($1.00 per extra hundred) and delivery confirmation ($1.00) where available. Once shipped, all orders become the responsibility of the customer. While we will take every precaution available to ensure satisfactory delivery of your order, we will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen shipments.

For foreign orders, actual value will be declared for customs purposes. You will be responsible for any customs charges incurred, so please be aware of your country's customs policies.

Expect orders to be shipped within 1 week of receipt of payment. Delivery time will depend on distance being shipped, and country being shipped to.

We do our best to represent accurately the condition of all items. Most are new, and as such should be supported by the manufacturer. Others are rated as outlined below, and are sold "as is" Please feel free to e-mail or call with any questions about the items we are selling.

SpareTime Hobbies will not release any information about it's customers to any entity unless required by law to do so, or in order to collect on monies owed to SpareTime Hobbies.

Most of the items appearing on these pages are new, original stock from SpareTime Hobbies retail store and the 'condition' space will be blank, or will have some other descriptor like  'RTR' (ready to run), etc. Other items that have been purchased from individuals and are opened, or other items that may not be in perfect condition will be identified with the following codes, and priced accordingly.

• BLANK     -means the item is new in it's original packaging

• 1+     - means the item may have been pre-owned, and the external plastic wrap or seal has been removed, or may be slightly shop-worn, but is still sealed in the internal packaging and is otherwise in new condition.

• 1     - means the item may have been pre-owned, and the external plastic wrap or seal has been removed, or may be slightly shop-worn, but is otherwise in new condition.

• 2     -means the internal packaging has been opened, or the item may have slight use, or superficial damage but is complete.

• 3   -means that the item has been used extensivley, has parts missing, is soiled or badly shop worn.

• EX-SET   -means the item was part of a set, but has been broken out for individual sale, in new condition.

• LTD      - Limited Edition

• KIT        -Must be built
